Michelle delivers energy, focus and invigorating leadership to help clients assimilate avenues for connecting within their community in order to foster good culture. As the Founder & Chief Engagement Officer at Good Culture Consulting, LLC, Michelle specializes in designing custom programs and partnerships that enhance operational vitality and build a vibrant community presence based on shared values.

Working at the nexus of philanthropy, active citizenship, sustainability and entertainment for more than two decades, Michelle has partnered with clients such as Disney, Microsoft, Los Angeles Unified School District, and a host of nationally recognized non-profits, to achieve real and meaningful change through collaboration. She is a renowned community organizer, presenter, and sought-after motivator.

Michelle personally connects with her clients to understand the essence of their business culture and the stakeholders that shape their community and it’s culture.  She then curates specific corporate social responsibility (CSR) and team building programs and initiatives driven by the unique mission and vision of each company to produce actionable results.

Before devoting her work full time to corporate social responsibility and Good Culture Consulting, Michelle spent 20+ years as an internationally-respected producer for the advertising and entertainment industries. Michelle lives in West Los Angeles, CA and is a proud mom to a fiercely independent, future-thinking college aged son. She has an earnest passion for organic terrain and rejuvenates her mind and body by retreating to the outdoors.  From the backlands to the beaches to local art festivals, Michelle is a cultural connoisseur.  It is her vivacious spirit and affinity for societal equity that motivates her to help transform the framework of urban communities. She believes that we are always, better together.

MICHELE PADDLEFORD
Chief Marketing Strategist

Michele Paddleford is a native to Southern California, but she received her college education in Nevada where she attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas and Community College of Southern Nevada studying both law and sociology.  In 2001, she returned to Orange County and for the following 12 years worked as the Senior Director of Operations for a marketing firm and as the Marketing Manager for a prominent local business. 

Ms. Paddleford’s career tenure includes over 15 years of solid marketing expertise.  Her curriculum vitae boasts benchmark success in social media management, collateral development, creative design strategies, copywriting, website development, marketing campaign leadership, and event production.  

Outside of work, Michele is devoted to the community.  She has spent over 10 years volunteering with local youth recreational programs, assisting with non-profit fundraisers, and involved with other charitable organizations.  In her free time she enjoys creating memories with her son, traveling, attending live sporting events, listening to music, doing Pilates, and (especially) cooking for family and friends.  

 

JERRY BROWN
Creative Director |Content Creator

As an accomplished Director and Cinematographer, he has carved out his own unique niche, creating visual, evocative, and visceral content intended to draw viewers into genuine human experiences. His love of storytelling and portraying real people to help engage audiences, making the magic of authentic, relatable moments palpable.


Having worked across various genres with notable brands such as General Mills, Calvin Klein, Visa, Coke, Spectrum, Microsoft, SAP, McDonalds, Google, and Proctor & Gamble. He works in collaboration with advertising agencies from the largest to the smallest both nationally and internationally, and directly with corporations and brands. His work has received numerous awards including a Cannes Silver Lion, a Best in Show at the ADDY's, and his "Four Minute Mile" spot for Adidas is on permanent display at MOMA NY.


Jerry is always looking for that one pivot point - to isolate and explore that one unique thing, in order to portray the beauty of the idea which gives everything else meaning and purpose.
